Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Kooltel (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on kooltel.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.

Your choice

We do not set analytics or chat cookies until you accept them. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline. Until you accept, only strictly-necessary technologies run. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom-left of any page.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always active)

Required for the site to function and stay secure. These are set by our hosting and security provider Cloudflare (for example, to identify trusted traffic and mitigate malicious activity) and by WordPress for core functionality. They do not track you for advertising.

Analytics — set only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CYX3H8QN7Y) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id>. Analytics cookies are enabled only after you accept; if you decline, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode or not at all. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Functional — set only with your consent

We use Tawk.to to provide the live-chat widget. When enabled, Tawk.to sets cookies to manage your chat session. The chat widget loads only after you accept cookies. See Tawk.to’s Privacy Policy.

Social meta tags

Our pages include Facebook/Open Graph meta tags so links preview correctly when shared. These tags do not set cookies or collect data on our site.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
