By using the Kool Tel VoIP solution (“Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kool Tel.
2. Service Description
Kool Tel provides VoIP telecommunications services, allowing users to make voice calls over the internet using compatible devices. The Service includes voice calling, messaging, and related features.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Transmitting any unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Interfering with the operation of the Service or other users’ enjoyment of it.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service.
- Promptly update your information to ensure its accuracy.
- Notify Kool Tel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Fees and Payments
Fees for the Service are specified in the pricing plan chosen by the user. Kool Tel reserves the right to modify fees upon notice. Payment terms are as specified in the billing agreement between Kool Tel and the user.
